Alix C. Walmsley
I have very fond memories of Attorney Eisenmann.
When I joined the Connecticut Division of Public Defender Services, I was hired in our Bantam office. Even though he was no longer practicing there, and he didn't know me, Attorney Eisenmann made a point of coming to the office to welcome me there in person, enthusiatically, as it was his former office I had joined. It was a wonderful start to my career as a public defender.
Throughout my years with the Division I was fortunate to see Attorney Eisenmann presiding over commission meetings as our Commission Chair. He always remembered me and was kind, welcoming, and asked excellent questions.
Attorney Eisenmann was an extraordinarily thoughtful, kind and intelligent man. The Connecticut bar will not be the same without his presence. He will be greatly missed.
My condolences to his family and friends.
