Donna Bristol-Goeben, 59, of Collinsville, beloved wife of Wayne Goeben, died Saturday, March 18, 2023 at her home with family at her side. She was born May 20, 1963 in Hartford, daughter of the late Donald and Elizabeth (Fritz) Bristol and had been a life long resident of town, having been raised on Sterling Drive. She was a graduate of Manchester Community College, Class of 1988, having received her Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy. She was also a graduate of the University of Saint Joseph, Class of 2015, with a Bachelors Degree in Social Work. Donna was an Occupational Therapy Assistant at McLean in Simsbury for many years. She was a member of the First Congregational Church of Canton Center where she had served as President, was a member of the Collinsville Volunteer Fire Department and was an EMT having been present at the first Life Star call in Canton. Donna enjoyed time outdoors gardening and camping, listening to music and most of all loved to spend time with her family.

In addition to her loving husband of 33 years, she leaves her children, Keith Goeben and wife Emily and Eric Goeben, all of Canton and her brother, Christopher Bristol of Richland, PA. She also enjoyed spending time with her many nieces and nephews, as well as her great-nephew Grayson.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, March 24th, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Vincent Funeral Home, 120 Albany Turnpike in Canton. A celebration of her life will be held at 11am on Saturday April 15th at the First Congregational Church of Canton Center, 184 Cherry Brook Road in Canton.
