Obituary for Mary C. Beaudoin

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mary Beaudoin, beloved wife, mother and grandmother. Mary left this world on September 7, 2023 after a long and courageous battle with ovarian cancer. Born on January 4, 1939 in Avon to Joseph and Angelica (Aleardi) Consolini. After graduating from Canton High School she married her high school sweetheart Gene. Their enduring marriage of 65 years was a testament to their unwavering love and commitment to one another. Prior to her retirement she worked at R.E.M sales in East Granby. After retirement Mary enjoyed babysitting her beloved granddaughter Alissa. She also enjoyed gardening, antique shopping, going to the beach and watching UCONN Women’s basketball, but mostly spending time with family.

Besides her husband Gene, she leaves behind her loving daughters, Cathy Peet of Canton and Linda Hone and son-in-law Jason of Windsor. As well as her most special granddaughter Alissa Peet of Canton. Also her brother-in-law, Herb Tischofer and sister-in-law, Betty Consolini and many nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her sister Julia Tischofer and her brother Joseph Consolini.
A special thank you to Dr. Karyn Hansen and staff of St. Francis Women's Oncology and to Trung and Cheryl, her special Hospice nurses.
