I wish to express my sincerest condolences to the friends and family of Patrick Kane. God cares about your grief and tears. One Bible writer said to God: “Do collect my tears in your skin bottle. Are they not recorded in your book?” Psalm 56:8.
Remember, while the void you feel in your heart may not disappear, with God’s tender help, you can still enjoy warm friendships and a purposeful life. And soon God will resurrect the dead. He wants you to be able to embrace your loved one again. Then that pain in your heart will be healed forever!

As a teacher at Barkhamsted School, I had Steven as a student and not Patrick. But I remember how Steven idealized his brother. He was his hero. I think of the Jane family every time I pass your house. Now when I pass I will he saying a prayer for all of you and the healing that you will be going through. May you find strength in your love for each other and your family and friends at this difficult time. Sincerely, Lisa Hudkins

Pat was a 5th-grade student of mine. I had two Patricks in my room that year. He definitely wanted to be called Pat and the other student definitely wanted to be called Patrick. Well, that was an easy fix. I remember him as smiling, calm, quiet yet someone who could easily carry on a conversation with peers or adults. I am crying tears for you, Pat, as I write this. I am so sorry that in your darkest hour there was no light to guide you onward. My sincerest sympathies to family and friends. Vicky Bowler

Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss.
May the peace of God that surpasses all understanding guard your hearts and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus.” (Phil. 4:7) May the hope of a resurrection right here on a restored earth bring you comfort. (John 5:28, 29) Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice 29 and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life) Psalm 37:11, 29) But the meek will possess the earth, And they will find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace. The righteous will possess the earth, And they will live forever on it.

My deepest sympathy
