Everyone at the Vincent Funeral Home was wonderful while taking care of all arrangements for my veteran brother. Richard, Sue, Molly, and others went above and beyond. One thing in particular meant the world to me: I could not find my brother's honorable discharge papers so he could not have a burial with military honors. At the last minute they located the DD-214 at the Manchester town hall and arranged for his military honors! The soldiers, the flag, the rifle volley and playing of taps: I just know this meant so much to him in his better place, as well as to his family.

Vincent's handled the logistics so seamlessly that all I had to do was show up, which is about all I could manage. If there were tasks for me to complete, for example ordering flowers, Vincent's provided very explicit written guidance. I can't over-emphasize how useful the guidance was--there is a lot going on when a person dies and Vincent's took care of the public-facing part of the process (funeral, burial, visiting hours) beautifully.

Vincent's Funeral home has been in business for decades in Simsbury. They handled service for my father half a century ago, my mother thereafter and most recently for my elder brother. My family took a video of the gravesite attendance and the military honors. Everything from the viewing to the gravesite video was exceptional and Vincent's handled all of it. Exceptional service.
